Patricia’s focus is to help clients preserve their life legacy through estate planning strategies. Planning enables you to ensure your property and assets are directed to the people and charities you choose. This includes wills, trusts, special needs trusts and working closely with financial and tax professionals to ensure a well rounded strategy. Estate administration services are offered to make certain plans subject to probate or managed by trusts are carried out in an efficient and proper manner.
Patricia also helps small and emerging businesses thrive and become legally sound. She endeavors to help business owners achieve goals by taking preventative steps to avoid costly mistakes and proactive steps to form productive working relationships. She does this by assisting with legal issues ranging from employment matters, contract drafting and review, negotiations and entity selection and formation.
Patricia is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School. Her experience in estate planning includes cases ranging from basic wills to tax planning trusts and special needs trusts. Prior to joining Schimmelbusch Law Group PC, Patricia worked with Law Offices of Matthew H. Kehoe and led the firm in estate planning and estate administration matters.
Outside of work, Patricia is a volunteer at the Oregon Humane Society, a member of the MBA YLS Membership Committee and Golf Committee and enjoys golfing, tennis and skiing.
